Mô tả công việc Daily work: - Control Account receivable and Documentation for local job: 1. Issue the payment request, make the draft output VAT Invoice, get confirmation to issue officially, fill them in the files and send the 02nd originals to Sale office 2. Import all Sale orders on system 3. Check and advise all receipt amount for local job, record in Bank link, ERP 4. Work with bank to issue BG for customer included bid bond, advance payment bond, performance bond, warranty bond for local job 5. Check the payment BG issued by customer, pass to Credit Controller to confirm again, follow payment under this BG to make the claim BG letter if any 6. Control direct expenses for local job and release payment for them: - Receive payment request from Construction team for Erection, site claim, modification fee - Receive payment request from Shipping for Transportation fee - Receive payment request from SO for Marketing fee Monthly Closing book 1. Book and estimate transportation fee 2. Base line and input invoice for all sale transactions of job 3. Check and input invoice for scrap sale C/o preferential FORM 1. To prepare supporting docs for making Preferential preferential C/o FORM such as : AI, AANZ, D, S … Other tasks 1. Work with the auditor, tax officer with the regard local jobs 2. Support other AR works when personal in charge is annual leave or maternity leave. 3. Other task as the requirement from AR Senior Accountan , Chief Accountant and Head of Finance .
