Website: https://rce.global/ Job Purpose & Description: Design the cash flow of global business and lead executive decision-making as a Financial Control Tower. As a direct report to the CSO and CEO, you will spearhead the end-to-end management of local revenue in Vietnam and optimize cash flow, contributing to the substantial growth of the company Key Responsibilities Finance Operations Executive who can structure financial workflows, track case-level status, and provide clear and timely reporting to management. Key Responsibilities Maintain structured tracking of AR and financing cases Ensure no status changes are missed or undocumented Prepare weekly summary reports for HQCoordinate between sales, sourcing, and finance to keep information aligned Yêu cầu công việc Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào? Experience: • 7+ years of experience in Finance, Business Management, or Financial Control. Core Competencies: • Essential experience in AR management, cash flow optimization, and deal-level P&L management. Communication: • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate interests across departments and drive execution. Language: • Professional working proficiency in English (required for business operations and negotiations). Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Working Hours • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
