Join us as we redefine the future of global commerce. ABOUT THE ROLE Crossian is looking for a Senior Accountant focus on Consolidation process and process improvements. In this role, you will manage large volumes of financial data across multiple entities, currencies, and reporting standards - applying sharp attention to detail and structured thinking to continuously improve accounting processes, strengthen data reliability, and enhance reporting efficiency as the organization scales. Working Place: 1st Floor, Pax Sky Building, 63-65 Ngo Thi Nham Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi Capital Candidates from HCMC: we ask for a minimum 1-year commitment to relocate to Hanoi. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Financial Consolidation: Lead the month-end and year-end consolidation process. - Intercompany Management: Perform eliminations of intercompany transactions and reconcile AR/AP balances across the group. - Reporting Standards: Prepare consolidated financial statements in strict accordance with VAS and US GAAP. - Data Integrity: Review subsidiary financial packages to ensure data accuracy and alignment with group accounting policies. - FX Management: Handle foreign currency translations and adjustments (VND/USD) for international reporting. - Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors on consolidated figures and group-level financial disclosures. - Process Automation: Streamline consolidation workflows and enhance daily accounting procedures - General Accounting: Assist in bookkeeping and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready at both local and group levels. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or higher; CPA or ACCA is a significant plus. - Professional Expertise: 5+ years in Accounting; strong experience in Financial Consolidation within a group-structure or a Big 4 audit environment is a plus - Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of VAS/IFRS (Consolidated Financial Statements); familiarity with GAAP, US GAAP is highly desirable. - Industry Experience: Prior experience in E-commerce, fast-growth retail, or international work environments is a major asset. - Language & Tools: Professional English proficiency; Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage. - Analytical Excellence: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Growth & Efficiency: A "Think Big" mindset with a keen eye for process improvement to drive organizational growth. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and quickly master new accounting/tax concepts.
