Mô tả công việc - Lead monthly WD4 financial performance preparation for Asia HQ, ensuring full set of analyses delivered on time (sales, cost & FTE, balance sheet, capex) - Produce profitability analyses by customer and product line to support pricing decisions and margin improvement - Monitor Sales KPIs (CRM KPIs, new contract signatures, customer satisfaction) and ensure regular communication to Sales managers - Lead yearly MSP (Budget) process for all Vietnam entities (3 entities + 1 JV) - Country leader for Risk and ESG KPIs reporting - Drive continuous improvement in data flows, accounting policies, and accuracy of cost/revenue bookings to strengthen P&L understanding and forecasting - Build all financial models (IRR) for new business opportunities (new factory, new key customer, acquisitions, etc.) - Support digital transformation initiatives by improving data connections between key information systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, E‑contract, etc.) to increase automation and digitalization Yêu cầu công việc Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào? - Bachelor in Economic, Finance, … - At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or Business Strategy in medium to large-scale international organizations - Fluent in English (German or French is a plus) - Preferably with experience working for multinational corporations in the industrial or manufacturing sector. - Strong team leadership skills - Demonstrated ability to solve problems and drive complex execution with a strategic mindset - Sense of responsibility, proactive spirit, teamwork - Appetence for challenging environments * Benefits: - Attractive income - Bonus equivalent maximum 4 months' salary per year - Employee 24/7 Health Insurance - Opportunities to Enhance Your Skills and Career - Professional Work Environment - Attend company-sponsored events and team-building activities
